Blackberry Pancakes: New Recipe!


A quick and easy recipe that makes for a great start to your day! (This recipe serves one)


Ingredients:

-1/2 Cup cassava flour

-1/2 Cup almond flour

-1 tsp baking soda

-pinch of salt

-1 tsp vanilla

-1 tsp cinnamon

-5 fresh blackberries

-1/2 Cup almond milk


Directions:

Combine all dry ingredients, then stir in almond milk. Crush blackberries on top of batter. Place griddle on medium heat, and wait until hot to pour 1/2 cup of mixture in a circle shape onto the griddle. Once the pancake is golden brown, flip over and cook the over side!
