Gluten-Free Dark Chocolate Almond Energy Balls

Energy balls are like little bites of heaven. Try out my gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free recipe here:

-1 cup gluten-free oats

-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

-1/2 cup coconut chips

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1/4 cup honey

1/3 cup almond butter

Fold all ingredients together, roll into balls and chill in the fridge for at least three hours. Make a lot - these are so good, they won't stick around long!!
