Paleo Banana Bread


My favorite part of this deliciously (& naturally!) sweet bread is the toppings! Spice up this paleo banana bread by sprinkling "enjoy life" chocolate chips, coconut flakes, sliced almonds and Himalayan pink salt on top. Aside from your toppings, mix all ingredients with your blender or food processor until smooth, then bake at 375* for one hour until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:

-2 ripe bananas

-3 eggs

-1/8 tsp honey

-1 cup almond flour

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1 Tbsp coconut oil

-1 Tbsp cacao powder
