Cacao Coco-Nutty Granola


Top off your smoothie bowl, pour onto your dairy-free yogurt or just plain 'ol snack on this delicious granola! Mix all ingredients into a large bowl then transfer onto a sheet pan. Bake at 325* for 20 minutes until nuts become golden brown.

INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup raw whole cashews

-1 cup raw sliced almonds

-1 cup unsweetened coconut chips

-1/2 cup raw chopped walnuts

-1/2 cup raw chopped pecans

-1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

-1 Tbsp cacao powder

-1 Tbsp coconut flour

-4 Tbsp honey
