Refrigerator Items:

-Coconut, almond or cashew milk (unsweetened)

**Remember: no soy or dairy**

 

Freezer:

-Frozen veggies (pick your favorites!)

-Frozen fruit

-Ice

 

Produce:

-Fruits

*apples, apricots, avocado, berries, cherries, clementines, cranberries, figs, grapes, grapefruit, kiwi, kumquats, limes, mandarins, mangoes, melons, oranges, pears, persimmons, pomegranates, pomelos, peaches, plums & rhubarb

 

-Vegetables

*artichoke, arugula, beets, bok choy, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, celery, chard, collard greens, eggplant, endives, fennel, garlic, green beans, herbs, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, okra, onions, parsnips, peas, peppers, pumpkins, radishes, radicchio, shallots, spinach, sprouts, squash, scallions, shallots, tomatillos, tomatoes, turnips & zucchini

 

Bulk Items: (about 2-3 handfuls worth of each)

-Raw nuts (no salt added)

            *almonds, cashews, macadamia, pecans & pistachios

-Chia seeds

-Flax seeds

 

Grocery:

-Oils

            *avocado oil, coconut oil, ghee, olive oil

-Apple cider vinegar

-Balsamic vinegar

-Nut butter (almond, cashew, macadamia, sunflower seed)

-Baking powder & baking soda

-Flours

            *almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour

-Dried fruit (unsweetened & unsulfured)

-Vanilla extract

-Unsweetened shredded coconut

-Honey (local & organic)

-Maple syrup

-Pitted dates

-Coconut aminos

 

Meat:

-Beef, bison, chicken, eggs, fish & seafood, lamb, pork and turkey
